Atul Auto Ltd Q2 net profit up 24.58% at Rs 11.86 cr

The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 11.86 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 9.52 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 24.58 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose moderately by 9.04 per cent at Rs 179.24 crore in July-September quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 164.38 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During July-September quarter, operating expenses increased by 9.30 per cent to Rs 162.80 crore from Rs 148.95 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 47.01 per cent at Rs 1.72 crore versus (Sep'24 Rs 1.17 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 17.30 per cent to Rs 18.10 crore as against Rs 15.43 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 7.56 per cent in September quarter.

Interest grew by 37.50 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.11 crore, while Taxation increased by 22.88 per cent at Rs 3.92 crore (Sep'24 Rs 3.19 crore).
