Acme Resources Q2 net profit down 83.65% at Rs 0.26 cr

The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 0.26 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 1.59 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 83.65 per cent.

Net revenue of the company declined substantially by 27.33 per cent at Rs 1.25 crore in July-September quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 1.72 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During July-September quarter, operating expenses increased by 950.00 per cent to Rs 1.26 crore from Rs 0.12 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 7900.00 per cent at Rs 0.80 crore versus (Sep'24 Rs 0.01 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 100.63 per cent to Rs -0.01 crore as against Rs 1.60 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 100.61 per cent in September quarter.

Interest grew by 0.00 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.07 crore, while Taxation increased by 1020.00 per cent at Rs 0.46 crore (Sep'24 Rs -0.05 crore).
