BCL Industries Q2 net profit up 0.71% at Rs 21.17 cr

The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 21.17 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 21.02 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 0.71 per cent.

Net revenue of the company declined moderately by 11.45 per cent at Rs 448.12 crore in July-September quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 506.06 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During July-September quarter, operating expenses dropped by 13.43 per cent to Rs 407.30 crore from Rs 470.48 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 26.19 per cent at Rs 1.55 crore versus (Sep'24 Rs 2.10 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 14.70 per cent to Rs 40.81 crore as against Rs 35.58 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 29.59 per cent in September quarter.

Interest grew by 50.57 per cent y-o-y to Rs 3.99 crore, while Taxation increased by 24.62 per cent at Rs 8.20 crore (Sep'24 Rs 6.58 crore).
