AMD Industries posts Q2 net loss of Rs 2.95 cr

The company reported standalone net loss during the quarter stood at Rs 2.95 crore as compared to net loss of Rs 1.11 crore in the previous year quarter.

Net revenue of the company rose moderately by 9.41 per cent at Rs 58.96 crore in July-September quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 53.89 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During July-September quarter, operating expenses increased by 15.58 per cent to Rs 57.95 crore from Rs 50.14 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 14.29 per cent at Rs 0.56 crore versus (Sep'24 Rs 0.49 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 73.07 per cent to Rs 1.01 crore as against Rs 3.75 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 75.29 per cent in September quarter.

Interest declined by 1.42 per cent y-o-y to Rs 2.08 crore, while Taxation increased by 209.09 per cent at Rs -1.02 crore (Sep'24 Rs -0.33 crore).
