VMS Industries Q2 net profit down 34.72% at Rs 0.47 cr

The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 0.47 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 0.72 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 34.72 per cent.

Net revenue of the company declined substantially by 56.31 per cent at Rs 42.58 crore in July-September quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 97.47 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During July-September quarter, operating expenses dropped by 56.26 per cent to Rs 42.68 crore from Rs 97.58 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 52.45 per cent at Rs 1.26 crore versus (Sep'24 Rs 2.65 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 9.09 per cent to Rs -0.10 crore as against Rs -0.11 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 118.18 per cent in September quarter.

Interest declined by 76.60 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.33 crore, while Taxation decreased by 28.00 per cent at Rs 0.18 crore (Sep'24 Rs 0.25 crore).
