Johnson Controls-Hit posts Q2 net loss of Rs 39.96 cr

The company reported standalone net loss during the quarter stood at Rs 39.96 crore as compared to net loss of Rs 30.05 crore in the previous year quarter.

Net revenue of the company rose marginally by 2.24 per cent at Rs 405.14 crore in July-September quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 396.28 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During July-September quarter, operating expenses increased by 4.25 per cent to Rs 440.88 crore from Rs 422.89 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 54.71 per cent at Rs 11.17 crore versus (Sep'24 Rs 7.22 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 34.31 per cent to Rs -35.74 crore as against Rs -26.61 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 31.45 per cent in September quarter.

Interest grew by 94.93 per cent y-o-y to Rs 2.69 crore, while Taxation increased by 35.01 per cent at Rs -12.65 crore (Sep'24 Rs -9.37 crore).
