The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 0.46 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 2.19 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 79.00 per cent.

Net revenue of the company declined moderately by 18.57 per cent at Rs 44.34 crore in July-September quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 54.45 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During July-September quarter, operating expenses dropped by 16.86 per cent to Rs 42.07 crore from Rs 50.60 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 78.67 per cent at Rs 0.16 crore versus (Sep'24 Rs 0.75 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 41.04 per cent to Rs 2.27 crore as against Rs 3.85 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 27.72 per cent in September quarter.

Interest declined by 15.52 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.49 crore, while Taxation decreased by 42.50 per cent at Rs 0.69 crore (Sep'24 Rs 1.20 crore).
