Anjani Portland posts Q2 net loss of Rs 9.34 cr

The company reported standalone net loss during the quarter stood at Rs 9.34 crore as compared to net loss of Rs 15.01 crore in the previous year quarter.

Net revenue of the company rose substantially by 52.98 per cent at Rs 103.34 crore in July-September quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 67.55 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During July-September quarter, operating expenses increased by 44.20 per cent to Rs 103.87 crore from Rs 72.03 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 0.00 per cent at Rs 0.04 crore versus (Sep'24 Rs 0.04 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 88.17 per cent to Rs -0.53 crore as against Rs -4.48 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 92.31 per cent in September quarter.

Interest declined by 1.29 per cent y-o-y to Rs 6.88 crore, while Taxation increased by 118.52 per cent at Rs 0.10 crore (Sep'24 Rs -0.54 crore).
