The Company has allotted equity shares to the shareholders of the Transferor Co. on 21.11.2025 in accordance with the approved ratio under the NCLT order. \r\n\r\nThe return of allotment (PAS-3) was filed with ROC on 21.11.2025.\r\n\r\nRecord Date-20.11.2025\r\nDate of allotment -21.11.2025\r\nDate of PAS-3 filing -21.11.2025\r\nTotal Shares allotted - 42,65,96,719\r\n\r\nShares allotted to other than Promoter/Promoter Group - 8,17,43,869\r\nShares allotted to promoters and Promoter Group- 34,48,52,850\r\nBasis of allotment - NCLT plan approval order dated 28.07.2025.\r\n\r\nThe Board Resolution authorizing allotment and compliance with scheme has been duly passed, relevant compliances and regulatory filings have been completed. MCA has also approved PAS 3 and updated paid up capital of the company.
