Indo Tech Transformers bags Rs 91.26 cr order for 11 Power Transformers

Indo Tech Transformers Limited has announced that it has received a purchase order dated November 25, 2025, for the supply of 11 transformers, with the total order value amounting to Rs 91.26 crore plus applicable taxes. The order has been placed by Four EF Constructions for various NTPC projects.

The contract involves the supply of three 112/160 MVA transformers, six 87.5/125 MVA transformers, and two 70/100 MVA transformers. All 11 units are scheduled to be delivered between August 2026 and October 2026. The company confirmed that the order has been awarded by a domestic entity and relates solely to the manufacturing and supply of transformers.

Indo Tech Transformers further clarified that neither the promoter group nor related parties have any interest in the awarding entity, and the contract does not fall under related-party transactions.
