Yug Decor Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 03/12/2025 ,inter alia, to consider and approve In furtherance to our communication dated 27th November, 2025 informing approval of the Board of Directors of the Company for issuance of the equity shares of the Company by way of a rights issue to the eligible equity shareholders of the Company in accordance with the provisions of Companies Act, 2013 and the rules made thereunder, the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Issue of Capital and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2018, each as amended, and other applicable laws, and Pursuant to Regulation 29 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, this is to inform that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Wednesday, 3rd December, 2025 at 3:00 PM at the registered office of the company, to, inter alia, consider and approve the terms and conditions of the rights issue including determination of the price, record date and other related matters to the same.\r\nKindly take the same o\r\n
