Global Offshore Ser - CONTRACT FOR VESSEL (PSV)

Pursuant to Regulation 30 of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we wish to inform you that, one of the Company's Vessel (a PSV) has secured a term contract for firm duration of ninety (90) days with multiple options for extension on a mutual basis with commencement scheduled in December 2025\r\nThe value of the contract on an annual basis is estimated to be in the region of Rs. 25.00 crores.
