Ajmera Realty sells 81% of new Vikhroli project within 24 hours, books Rs 427 crore

Ajmera Realty has gained strong traction in the Vikhroli market with the launch of Phase 1 of its premium and mid-segment residential project, Ajmera Solis. The company recorded sales of Rs 427 crore within the first 24 hours, selling 324 units covering 1.94 lakh sq. ft. of carpet area, translating into an 81% sell-out against launched inventory of 2.40 lakh sq. ft.

The development offers 1 BHK units below Rs 1 crore, 2 BHKs under Rs 1.6 crore and 3 BHKs below Rs 2.25 crore. Built on land acquired from Tata Communications, the project features clear title, no legacy tenants, and full development control. It has also secured a Rs 88 crore private equity investment, marking the first such deal in Ajmera’s portfolio.

Located along the Eastern Express Highway, the tower provides strong connectivity to major business hubs. Units offer Vastu-compliant layouts with panoramic views of mangroves, hills, cityscape and the sea. Amenities include a gym, mini-theatre, banquet hall, library, business centre, kids play area, jacuzzi and an infinity-edge swimming pool.

The development is designed as a Triple Net Zero Certified ecosystem across energy, water and waste—rare in Mumbai’s mid-income housing category—aiming for minimal environmental impact.

Dhaval Ajmera, Director – Corporate Affairs, said the response validates the company’s expansion into Vikhroli and aligns with its ‘5x Growth Strategy’. He added that the asset-light launch model reinforces Ajmera’s ability to scale efficiently and deliver future-ready developments.
