This is to inform you that the Company had duly submitted the Outcome of the Board Meeting held on today, 09 December 2025 within the prescribed timelines, in compliance with Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.\r\n\r\nHowever, it was subsequently noticed that the disclosure regarding the appointment of the Company Secretary & Compliance Officer was inadvertently omitted in the earlier submission.\r\n\r\nAccordingly, we are submitting herewith the Revised Outcome / Addendum, incorporating the details of the appointment of the Company Secretary, to ensure the complete compliance with the applicable provisions of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015.\r\n\r\nWe request you to kindly treat this as part of our compliance for the said Board Meeting.
