Cochin Minerals - Disclosure Under Regulation 30 Of CEBI( LODR) Regulations, 2015

Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Schedule III of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, as amended from time to time, we hereby inform you that on December 12, 2025, the Company has received an Order issued under section 73 of CGST Act, 2017 read with section 20 of IGST Act, 2017 from Joint Commissioner, CGST Kochi Commissionerate relating to Financial Years 2021-22 and 2022-23 raising a Tax demand of Rs.8,14,26,947/- along with applicable interest and a penalty of Rs.81,42,694/-. The demand pertains to alleged excess/wrong availment of input tax credit.\r\nThe Company does not accept the demand raised by the GST department and intends to file an appeal against the aforesaid Order before the concerned Appellate Authority of take any other appropriate action as advised by legal advisors to protect the interest of the Company.\r\nThe details required to be disclosed are provided in Annexure-1
