Tata Chemicals raises Rs 1,500 crore via NCDs

Tata Chemicals Ltd on Wednesday said it has raised Rs 1,500 crore through the private placement of non-convertible debentures (NCDs).

The company allotted 1.5 lakh listed, unsecured, rated, redeemable, taxable, non-cumulative NCDs with a face value of Rs 1 lakh each. The debentures have a tenure of two years and 364 days and carry a fixed coupon rate of 7.06%, as per a regulatory filing.
