BLS International Se - Update- Hon'Ble High Court Of Delhi Sets Aside The Debarment Imposed By The Ministry Of External Affai

Dear Sir / Madam,\r\n\r\nPursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 ('SEBI LODR Regulations'), and in continuation of the Company's earlier intimation dated October 11, 2025 regarding the order passed by the Ministry of External Affairs ('MEA') imposing a Debarment on BLS International Services Limited ('the Company') from participation in future tenders of the MEA and India Mission abroad for period of two (2) years, we wish to inform you of the following development:\r\n\r\nThe Company had challenged the aforesaid debarment order by filing a writ petition before the Hon'ble High Court of Delhi. The Company has received an order from the Hon'ble High Court of Delhi setting aside the debarment order passed by the MEA. Consequently, the debarment imposed on the Company pursuant to the said order stands quashed.\r\n
