Indian Hotels Co - Announcement under Regulation 30 (LODR)-Diversification / Disinvestment

Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with sub- para 1, Para A of Part A of Schedule III of the Listing Regulations, this is to inform you that pursuant to the approval of the Board of Directors, a Committee appointed by the Board for the purpose has approved execution of Sale and Purchase Agreement for disinvestment of 1,60,00,400 equity shares of par value of Rs 2 each representing 25.52% of the shareholding in Taj GVK Hotels & Resorts Limited (TajGVK).
