This is in continuation to our communication dated 19/12/25 regarding declaration of lockout of Cement Plant of the Company situated at Baloda Bazar, Raipur, Chhattisgarh. We are pleased to inform you that Management and Workmen have arrived at an amicable settlement to resolve the standoff and accordingly, management has withdrawn the lockout w.e.f. 22/12/25 at 11:00 P.M.
