Remsons Industries Ltd bags Rs 60-cr Business Award from Leading CV OEM

Remsons Industries Limited has received a Rs 60-crore Business Award from a leading Indian Commercial Vehicle (CV) OEM for the supply of gear shifter assemblies with push-pull cables, the company said in a regulatory filing.

Supplies under the order are set to begin from Q1 of FY 2026–27 and will be executed over a five-year period. The contract has been awarded by a domestic entity and relates to the supply of automotive components.

The company clarified that its promoters and promoter group have no interest in the awarding entity and that the transaction does not qualify as a related-party transaction.
