Affle Appoints Sameer Sondhi as CEO, North America and Chief Strategic Investments Officer

Affle, a global technology company focused on AI-powered consumer intelligence and mobile advertising, on Friday announced the appointment of Sameer Sondhi as Chief Executive Officer, North America, with an additional role as Chief Strategic Investments Officer.

In his dual leadership role, Sondhi will spearhead Affle’s North America expansion and drive strategic investments aligned with the company’s Affle 3i vision, which targets long-term growth through Innovation, Impact and Intelligence.

Sondhi brings extensive experience in global adtech and digital media. Most recently, he held senior leadership roles at Verve, including CEO and Chief Revenue Officer, where he led global strategy, operations and revenue growth. Earlier, he worked at InMobi, supporting business expansion across North America, Europe and Asia. He holds a master’s degree in computer science.

Commenting on the appointment, Anuj Khanna Sohum, Chairperson, Managing Director and CEO of Affle, said the leadership addition marks a pivotal milestone in Affle’s growth journey and strengthens its presence in developed markets, while supporting both organic growth and targeted strategic investments.

Sondhi said he was excited to join Affle at a defining phase of its expansion, adding that the company’s strong foundation in AI-driven consumer intelligence and performance-led advertising positions it well for scalable and profitable growth in the coming years.
