Crizac Limited has informed the Exchange about Acquisition of 51.04% of the Equity share capital of Global Tree Careers Private Limited (GTCPL). The said acquisition is subject to fulfilment of customary conditions precedent, including such other conditions as mutually agreed between the parties. Consequent to the completion of the aforesaid acquisition, GTCPL will become a subsidiary of the Company
