Brahmaputra Infrastructure Ltd bags Rs 113.54 crore PWD contract in Jammu

Brahmaputra Infrastructure Ltd has received a Letter of Award (LoA) for a project worth Rs 113.54 crore from the Office of the Chief Engineer, PWD(R&B) Jammu, in compliance with Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.

The contract pertains to the balance work for the construction of the New Legislature Complex at Jammu, under the Office of the Chief Engineer, PWD (R&B), Jammu. The order has been awarded by a domestic entity and is required to be executed within a period of 18 months.

The company stated that neither its promoters nor promoter group entities have any interest in the awarding authority, and the contract does not fall under related party transactions.

Further, in line with the company’s code of conduct under the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window for dealing in the company’s securities will remain closed until 48 hours after the announcement.
