The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 17.39 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2025 as compared to Rs 1.33 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 1207.52 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose three fold by 398.74 per cent at Rs 27.63 crore in October-December quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 5.54 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During October-December quarter, operating expenses increased by 10.39 per cent to Rs 3.93 crore from Rs 3.56 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 0.00 per cent at Rs 0.02 crore versus (Dec'24 Rs 0.02 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 1096.97 per cent to Rs 23.70 crore as against Rs 1.98 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 140.08 per cent in December quarter.

Interest grew by 126.09 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.52 crore, while Taxation increased by 1681.25 per cent at Rs 5.70 crore (Dec'24 Rs 0.32 crore).
