ACME Solar Holdings Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 29/01/2026 ,inter alia, to consider and approve Pursuant to Regulation 29 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, as amended, we wish to inform you that a meeting of Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Thursday, January 29, 2026, inter alia, to consider and approve the un-audited Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) of the Company for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2025.\r\n\r\nFurther, in continuation to our earlier intimation dated December 29, 2025, the trading window for dealing in securities of the Company by all designated persons and their immediate relatives has been closed from January 01, 2026 and shall remain closed till 48 hours after the declaration of un-audited financial results in terms of Company's 'Insider trading code', framed pursuant to the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, as amended.\r\n
