HFCL - Intimation Under Regulation 30 Of SEBI (Listing Obligations And Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 ('SEBI List

Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Part A of Schedule III of SEBI Listing Regulations, we would like to inform all our stakeholders that HFCL Poland Sp z.o.o., a step-down subsidiary of the Company situated in Poland, has been voluntarily liquidated and its name has been removed from National Court Register w.e.f. January 02, 2026.\r\n\r\nThe Company received the intimation of the aforesaid liquidation on January 12, 2026.\r\n\r\nThis subsidiary did not have any business activity, therefore, its liquidation will not have any financial impact on the business of the Company.\r\n\r\nThe details as required under SEBI Master Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/PoD2/CIR/P/0155 dated November 11, 2024 read with SEBI Circular no. SEBI/HO/CFD/CFD-PoD-2/CIR/P/2024/185 dated December 31, 2024 are mentioned in the Annexure -1.\r\n\r\n
