As of December 2025, 62.56% is owned by Indian Promoters and 37.45% by Public.

Institutional holds 24.91% (Insurance Companies 3.59%) and Non-Institutional holds 12.54% as Public shareholders.

Top five Promoters holding highest number of shares of Shree Cement company are Shree Capital Services Ltd (89.84 lakhs shares / 24.90%), Digvijay Finlease Limited (42.35 lakhs shares / 11.74%), Mannakrishna Investments Pvt Ltd (20.43 lakhs shares / 5.66%), Newa Investments Pvt Ltd (13.76 lakhs shares / 3.81%) and Ragini Finance Private Limited (12.69 lakhs shares / 3.52%).
