Mangalore Refine Q3 net profit zooms 375.08% at Rs 1445.16 cr

The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 1,445.16 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2025 as compared to Rs 304.19 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 375.08 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose moderately by 12.99 per cent at Rs 24,711.65 crore in October-December quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 21,870.86 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During October-December quarter, operating expenses increased by 5.22 per cent to Rs 21,927.10 crore from Rs 20,839.72 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 18.07 per cent at Rs 39.34 crore versus (Dec'24 Rs 33.32 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 170.05 per cent to Rs 2,784.55 crore as against Rs 1,031.14 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 139.28 per cent in December quarter.

Interest declined by 16.93 per cent y-o-y to Rs 218.96 crore, while Taxation increased by 365.68 per cent at Rs 769.12 crore (Dec'24 Rs 165.16 crore).
