DMR Engineering Ltd, pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, has informed that it has secured a consultancy work order in association with ERM India Private Limited.

The company has been awarded the contract by Druk Green Power Corporation Limited for providing engineering consultancy services, which include the preparation of a Detailed Project Report (DPR) along with Environmental and Social Impact Assessment (ESIA) for the Jongthang Hydropower Project in Bhutan.

The contract has a tenure of 12 months and is valued at Rs 4,60,30,455 (Rupees Four Crore Sixty Lakh Thirty Thousand Four Hundred Fifty-Five only), inclusive of applicable taxes. The order has been awarded by an international entity and does not fall under related-party transactions. The company also clarified that neither the promoter nor the promoter group has any interest in the awarding entity.
