Jindal Saw Q3 net profit down 52.48% at Rs 226.77 cr

The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 226.77 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2025 as compared to Rs 477.16 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 52.48 per cent.

Net revenue of the company declined moderately by 7.69 per cent at Rs 4,129.47 crore in October-December quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 4,473.62 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During October-December quarter, operating expenses dropped by 0.25 per cent to Rs 3,629.90 crore from Rs 3,638.83 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 41.84 per cent at Rs 27.49 crore versus (Dec'24 Rs 47.27 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 40.16 per cent to Rs 499.57 crore as against Rs 834.79 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 35.16 per cent in December quarter.

Interest declined by 24.10 per cent y-o-y to Rs 103.49 crore, while Taxation decreased by 49.62 per cent at Rs 75.17 crore (Dec'24 Rs 149.21 crore).
