Damodar Industries Q3 net profit down 38.51% at Rs 0.99 cr

The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 0.99 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2025 as compared to Rs 1.61 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 38.51 per cent.

Net revenue of the company declined substantially by 22.43 per cent at Rs 93.29 crore in October-December quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 120.27 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During October-December quarter, operating expenses dropped by 24.47 per cent to Rs 83.54 crore from Rs 110.60 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 68.08 per cent at Rs 0.98 crore versus (Dec'24 Rs 3.07 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 0.83 per cent to Rs 9.75 crore as against Rs 9.67 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 29.98 per cent in December quarter.

Interest declined by 7.72 per cent y-o-y to Rs 4.78 crore, while Taxation decreased by 37.21 per cent at Rs 0.54 crore (Dec'24 Rs 0.86 crore).
