PNB Gilts posts Q3 net profit of Rs 53.91 cr

The company reported standalone net profit during the quarter stood at Rs 53.91 crore compared to net loss of Rs 10.11 crore in the previous year quarter.

Net revenue of the company rose moderately by 17.20 per cent at Rs 424.67 crore in October-December quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 362.36 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During October-December quarter, operating expenses dropped by 49.01 per cent to Rs 30.19 crore from Rs 59.21 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 0.00 per cent at Rs 0.08 crore versus (Dec'24 Rs 0.08 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 30.13 per cent to Rs 394.48 crore as against Rs 303.15 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 11.03 per cent in December quarter.

Interest grew by 3.78 per cent y-o-y to Rs 327.22 crore, while Taxation increased by 993.51 per cent at Rs 13.76 crore (Dec'24 Rs -1.54 crore).
