The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 612.60 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2025 as compared to Rs 2442.00 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 74.91 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose moderately by 6.16 per cent at Rs 23,471.90 crore in October-December quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 22,110.70 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During October-December quarter, operating expenses increased by 6.89 per cent to Rs 18,119.20 crore from Rs 16,950.70 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 20.43 per cent at Rs 1,064.00 crore versus (Dec'24 Rs 883.50 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 3.73 per cent to Rs 5,352.70 crore as against Rs 5,160.00 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 2.31 per cent in December quarter.

Interest grew by 19.03 per cent y-o-y to Rs 1,557.00 crore, while Taxation decreased by 84.36 per cent at Rs 12.20 crore (Dec'24 Rs 78.00 crore).
