Adani Green Energy Q3 net profit down 85.28% at Rs 82.00 cr

The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 82.00 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2025 as compared to Rs 557.00 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 85.28 per cent.

Net revenue of the company declined substantially by 43.59 per cent at Rs 3,355.00 crore in October-December quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 5,947.00 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During October-December quarter, operating expenses dropped by 37.60 per cent to Rs 3,210.00 crore from Rs 5,144.00 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 35.10 per cent at Rs 281.00 crore versus (Dec'24 Rs 208.00 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 81.94 per cent to Rs 145.00 crore as against Rs 803.00 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 68.00 per cent in December quarter.

Interest declined by 25.59 per cent y-o-y to Rs 317.00 crore
