GP Petroleums Emerges L1, L2 in BPCL Bitumen Supply Tender Worth Rs 38.13 Cr

GP Petroleums Ltd has emerged as the lowest bidder (L1) for the supply of 6,000 metric tonnes of paving grade bulk bitumen VG30 and as L2 for the supply of 1,800 metric tonnes of VG40 bulk bitumen at Pipavav Port, under a tender awarded by Bharat Petroleum Corporation Limited (BPCL).

The contract, awarded by the domestic PSU, is for a period of one year from January 23, 2026 to January 22, 2027, with an option for extension by another year at BPCL’s discretion. The supply will be in accordance with IS: 73-2013 specifications and the terms outlined in BPCL’s tender document.

The total value of the order is approximately Rs 38.13 crore, inclusive of GST. GP Petroleums clarified that neither the promoter nor promoter group entities have any interest in BPCL, and the transaction does not fall under related-party transactions.
