Aar Shyam India Inv - Cancellation Of Certificate Of Registration As Non-Banking Financial Company ('NBFC')

This has reference to our application submitted with Reserve Bank of India for cancellation of Certificate of Registration (CoR) dated October 08, 2025 on account of voluntary exit from Non-Banking Financial Institution (NBFI) business.\r\nWe would like to inform that the Company has received approval from the RBI regarding the cancellation of Certificate of Registration (CoR) of NBFC under the provisions of Section 45-IA of the Reserve Bank of India Act, 1934 vide its letter dated January 23, 2026.\r\nThe requisite details pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 as amended read with the SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/PoD2/CIR/P/0155 dated November 11, 2024, are enclosed as Annexure - A.
