ACC Q3 net profit down 50.29% at Rs 541.40 cr

The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 541.40 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2025 as compared to Rs 1089.07 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 50.29 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose moderately by 9.54 per cent at Rs 6,458.63 crore in October-December quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 5,896.05 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During October-December quarter, operating expenses increased by 20.44 per cent to Rs 5,764.92 crore from Rs 4,786.65 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 90.97 per cent at Rs 58.14 crore versus (Dec'24 Rs 643.86 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 37.47 per cent to Rs 693.71 crore as against Rs 1,109.40 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 42.93 per cent in December quarter.

Interest declined by 9.51 per cent y-o-y to Rs 25.51 crore, while Taxation decreased by 85.99 per cent at Rs 54.10 crore (Dec'24 Rs 386.25 crore).
