HT Media posts Q3 net loss of Rs 18.02 cr

The company reported standalone net loss during the quarter stood at Rs 18.02 crore compared to net profit of Rs 6.57 crore in the previous year quarter.ÿ

Net revenue of the company declined marginally by 2.83 per cent at Rs 277.61 crore in October-December quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 285.70 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During October-December quarter, operating expenses dropped by 7.82 per cent to Rs 258.43 crore from Rs 280.35 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 70.13 per cent at Rs 12.19 crore versus (Dec'24 Rs 40.81 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 258.50 per cent to Rs 19.18 crore as against Rs 5.35 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 269.52 per cent in December quarter.

Interest declined by 12.73 per cent y-o-y to Rs 12.89 crore, while Taxation decreased by 146.61 per cent at Rs -3.71 crore (Dec'24 Rs 7.96 crore).
