VST Industries Q3 net profit down 55.80% at Rs 60.23 cr

The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 60.23 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2025 as compared to Rs 136.26 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 55.80 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose marginally by 1.59 per cent at Rs 372.97 crore in October-December quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 367.15 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During October-December quarter, operating expenses dropped by 3.77 per cent to Rs 287.53 crore from Rs 298.78 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 14.83 per cent at Rs 9.06 crore versus (Dec'24 Rs 7.89 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 25.67 per cent to Rs 85.92 crore as against Rs 68.37 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 23.74 per cent in December quarter.

Taxation decreased by 28.98 per cent at Rs 20.86 crore (Dec'24 Rs 29.37 crore).
