IFCI posts Q3 net profit of Rs 6.85 cr

The company reported standalone net profit during the quarter stood at Rs 6.85 crore compared to net loss of Rs 58.96 crore in the previous year quarter.

Net revenue of the company rose substantially by 54.72 per cent at Rs 298.80 crore in October-December quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 193.12 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During October-December quarter, operating expenses increased by 524.71 per cent to Rs 182.29 crore from Rs 29.18 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 86.49 per cent at Rs 0.30 crore versus (Dec'24 Rs 2.22 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 28.93 per cent to Rs 116.51 crore as against Rs 163.94 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 54.07 per cent in December quarter.

Interest declined by 20.75 per cent y-o-y to Rs 104.45 crore, while Taxation decreased by 100.61 per cent at Rs -0.53 crore (Dec'24 Rs 87.30 crore).
