The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 13.98 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2025 as compared to Rs 13.60 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 2.79 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose moderately by 18.28 per cent at Rs 177.48 crore in October-December quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 150.05 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During October-December quarter, operating expenses increased by 18.18 per cent to Rs 154.03 crore from Rs 130.33 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 85.86 per cent at Rs 0.27 crore versus (Dec'24 Rs 1.91 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 18.85 per cent to Rs 23.45 crore as against Rs 19.73 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 0.46 per cent in December quarter.

Interest grew by 0.96 per cent y-o-y to Rs 2.11 crore, while Taxation increased by 24.71 per cent at Rs 5.30 crore (Dec'24 Rs 4.25 crore).
