Re-appointment of Mr Sudipta Kumar Mukherjee (DIN: 09022104) to function as the Non-Executive Independent Director of the Company for a period of 5 years w.e.f 30.01.2026 3. Considering issues seeking approval of shareholders of the company pertaining to the resolution to be passed by Postal ballot.
