Adani Power Q3 net profit down 19.40% at Rs 2046.82 cr

The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 2,046.82 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2025 as compared to Rs 2539.57 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 19.40 per cent.

Net revenue of the company declined moderately by 11.10 per cent at Rs 10,011.20 crore in October-December quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 11,260.95 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During October-December quarter, operating expenses dropped by 10.15 per cent to Rs 6,429.08 crore from Rs 7,155.03 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 4.84 per cent at Rs 586.49 crore versus (Dec'24 Rs 616.33 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 12.76 per cent to Rs 3,582.12 crore as against Rs 4,105.92 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 1.87 per cent in December quarter.

Interest grew by 34.77 per cent y-o-y to Rs 719.46 crore, while Taxation decreased by 45.21 per cent at Rs 451.60 crore (Dec'24 Rs 824.24 crore).
