The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 40.27 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2025 as compared to Rs 50.08 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 19.59 per cent.

Net revenue of the company declined moderately by 12.53 per cent at Rs 196.47 crore in October-December quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 224.62 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During October-December quarter, operating expenses dropped by 12.80 per cent to Rs 142.67 crore from Rs 163.62 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 66.85 per cent at Rs 2.42 crore versus (Dec'24 Rs 7.30 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 11.79 per cent to Rs 53.81 crore as against Rs 61.00 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 0.85 per cent in December quarter.

Interest declined by 14.29 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.18 crore, while Taxation decreased by 21.26 per cent at Rs 13.04 crore (Dec'24 Rs 16.56 crore).
