HUDCO has declared 11.50% Interim dividend for the financial year March 2026

Housing and Urban Development Corporation Ltd. on Thursday, 22 January 2026, has announced Interim dividend of 11.50 percent on Equity Share, to its shareholders holding shares on the register on Saturday, 07 February 2026 (Record Date). The ex-dividend date will be 06 February 2026.

The last five dividends are 10% Interim dividend (Ex Date : 19 November 2025), 11.50% Interim dividend (Ex Date : 14 August 2025), 10.50% Final dividend (Ex Date : 08 September 2025), 10.50% Interim dividend (Ex Date : 13 March 2025) and 20.50% Interim dividend (Ex Date : 30 January 2025).
