Maithan Alloys - Outcome Of The Board Meeting - Material Related Party Transactions

The Board of Directors of the Company at its Meeting held today i.e. 30th January, 2026 have inter-alia approved the Material Related Party Transactions with Maithan Ferrous Private Limited (a subsidiary of the Company) upto an aggregate amount of Rs. 600 Crore during the Financial Year 2026-2027, subject to the approval of the shareholders.
