Pakka Q3 net profit down 28.31% at Rs 9.14 cr

The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 9.14 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2025 as compared to Rs 12.75 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 28.31 per cent.

Net revenue of the company declined moderately by 9.26 per cent at Rs 96.19 crore in October-December quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 106.01 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During October-December quarter, operating expenses dropped by 8.51 per cent to Rs 80.45 crore from Rs 87.93 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 36.46 per cent at Rs 3.45 crore versus (Dec'24 Rs 5.43 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 12.94 per cent to Rs 15.74 crore as against Rs 18.08 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 4.05 per cent in December quarter.

Interest grew by 14.57 per cent y-o-y to Rs 2.28 crore, while Taxation decreased by 23.40 per cent at Rs 3.60 crore (Dec'24 Rs 4.70 crore).
