Bajaj Housing Fin Q3 net profit up 21.33% at Rs 664.89 cr

The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 664.89 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2025 as compared to Rs 548.02 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 21.33 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose moderately by 18.17 per cent at Rs 2,877.69 crore in October-December quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 2,435.16 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During October-December quarter, operating expenses increased by 25.21 per cent to Rs 262.83 crore from Rs 209.91 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 8.33 per cent at Rs 0.11 crore versus (Dec'24 Rs 0.12 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 17.16 per cent to Rs 2,623.10 crore as against Rs 2,238.95 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 0.86 per cent in December quarter.

Interest grew by 14.35 per cent y-o-y to Rs 1,733.51 crore, while Taxation increased by 21.00 per cent at Rs 199.65 crore (Dec'24 Rs 165.00 crore).
