Indus Towers Q3 net profit down 55.61% at Rs 1774.40 cr

The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 1,774.40 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2025 as compared to Rs 3997.00 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 55.61 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose moderately by 7.94 per cent at Rs 8,146.30 crore in October-December quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 7,547.40 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During October-December quarter, operating expenses increased by 506.73 per cent to Rs 3,597.30 crore from Rs 592.90 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 83.19 per cent at Rs 153.70 crore versus (Dec'24 Rs 83.90 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 34.59 per cent to Rs 4,549.00 crore as against Rs 6,954.50 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 39.40 per cent in December quarter.

Interest grew by 91.28 per cent y-o-y to Rs 487.00 crore, while Taxation decreased by 47.18 per cent at Rs 643.80 crore (Dec'24 Rs 1,218.80 crore).
