Megri Soft - Board Meeting Intimation for Approval Of Unaudited Financial Results (Standalone And Consolidated) Of The Compan

Megri Soft Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 11/02/2026 ,inter alia, to consider and approve and take on record Unaudited Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) of the Company for the quarter and nine months ended 31st December 2025 and any other matter as the Board of Directors of the Company may decide during the course of the meeting.\r\n\r\nFurther, the Company had already intimated to the Exchange on December 30, 2025, that the trading window for dealing in the Company's securities shall remain closed from Thursday, the 1st January 2026, till 48 hours after the declaration of Unaudited Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) by the Company for the quarter and nine months ended 31st December 2025.
